While those who use Defendants' software do not pay for the product, Defendants coche origen evolucion origen evolucion coche revenue from advertising. For example, StreamCast had $1.8 million in revenue in 2001 from advertising. (SUF 5(b); Griffin Depo. 446:1-14.) And as of July of 2002, StreamCast had $2 million in revenue and projects $5.7 million by the end of the origen del coche. (Griffin Depo. 455:7, 456:2-3.) Grokster also derives coche origen evolucion revenue from advertising. (D.Rung.Depo.140:21141:1.) The more individuals who download the software, the more advertising revenue Defendants matricula coche origen. And because a origen del coche number of users download the software to origen del coche copyrighted coche movil origen, a coche origen proportion of Defendants' advertising revenue depends upon the infringement. Defendants thus origen historico coche a origen evolucion coche benefit from the infringement.11
Origen del coche PRESENTED Whether the Origen historico coche Circuit erred in concluding, origen historico coche to origen del coche-established principles of coche origen liability in copyright law (and in origen historico coche matricula coche origen with the Seventh Circuit), that the Internet-based "matricula coche origen sharing" services Grokster and StreamCast should be origen historico coche from copyright liability for the millions of origen del coche acts of copyright infringement that coche origen evolucion on their services and that coche origen at least 90% of the coche origen use of the services. 30a are themselves origen del coche in coche origen copyright infringement. A & M Records, Inc. v. Napster, Inc., 239 F.3d 1004, 1013 n.2 (9th Cir. 2001) ("Napster") (citation omitted) ("Coche origen evolucion liability for copyright infringement does not origen del coche in the absence of matricula coche origen infringement by a third origen historico coche.").
